Eric Turpen

Eric is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas and a New Mexico Qualifying Broker. He specializes in farm and ranch real estate. He has been a part of our firm for over ten years selling over 63,000 acres for a value of over $52,000,000.00. He prides himself on serving his clients and working tirelessly to achieve their goals.

Giving back is also something Eric takes very seriously. He is the Mayor of the City of Littlefield, Past President of the Littlefield Chamber of Commerce, Early Risers Lions Club President, TALL Alumni Board Secretary, Lamb County Library Advisory Board President, Littlefield Celebration Committee, and on the Methodist Church Finance Committee.  Professionally, Eric is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas and New Mexico Association of Realtors, Texas Cattle Feeders Association., and Farm Bureau.

Eric grew up in Amherst, TX gaining practical experience in production agriculture by working on the family farm. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University with a major in Animal Science, a minor in Agribusiness, and a minor in Chemistry. He is a graduate of the TX A&M’s Texas Agricultural Lifetime Leadership Program class XIV. Eric’s wife Rachel is a registered nurse, and they are the parents of Jacob and Lauren.

After college graduation, Eric was employed by an investment company where he successfully managed a diversified crop and livestock operation. Upon the sale of the managed property, he obtained his Real Estate License and began his career as a Realtor with Clift Land Brokers in 2008. He has owned and operated farming and cattle operations.

Eric is currently managing Clift Land Brokers’ Littlefield Branch Office and resides in Littlefield, Texas.  He prides himself in offering his clients a high level of professionalism in their real estate transactions.
