This Absolute Land Auction is set for Thursday, May 28th at 2:00 pm at the Cimarron County Fair Building (North Logan Avenue) in Boise City, Oklahoma. Registration will begin at 1:00 pm.

There will be an Auction Information Meeting on Tuesday, May 19th at 6:00 pm at the same location.

This irrigated farm will be offered in three individual surface tracts. You can buy one tract, a combination of tracts, or the entire farm.

Tract #1 – 320 +/- Acres – There is one irrigation well on this tract (Well 1A). This irrigation well is abandoned, because the casing has developed many holes in it. The buyer will receive 540′ of column pipe, a pump base and head shaft with this property. No other equipment on this tract will convey with the sale.

Tract #2 – 641 +/- Acres – There are two irrigation wells on this tract (Well 2A & 2B). All of the equipment above ground will not convey with this property. The equipment is owned by the tenant and will be removed from the property prior to closing, The buyer will receive two pumps in the hole, two pump bases and two head shafts. There is one windmill on this tract.

Tract #3 – 320 +/- Acres – There are two irrigation wells on this tract (Well 3A & 3B). All of the equipment above ground will not convey with this property. The equipment is owned by the tenant and will be removed from the property prior to closing. The buyer will receive two pumps in the hole, two pump bases and two head shafts.
