Bidding on this auction will begin at 8:00 am CST Friday, March 10th and will end at 12:00 noon CDT Thursday, March 16th.  The Auction will “soft close” with 5 minute increments until 5 minutes elapses with no new bids.

This Irrigated Farm is located approximately 25 miles northwest of Dalhart, TX.  There are 640 + acres with five irrigation circles, three irrigation wells, and a submersible well being used for livestock watering. Two of the irrigation wells are submersibles, and the third well is a turbine well with a generator for the northern most irrigation submersible.

The livestock watering submersible and the southern irrigation well are both run off of electricity supplied by Rita Blanca Coop.  The livestock submersible was installed in December, 2016, and the southern irrigation submersible and VFD are new (January, 2017).  The pivots are all older machines, but were used in the last year and are all in good working order.  The livestock water is in the center of the farm, making it convenient to add more water tanks and graze more cattle on the farm.

There is a nice four bedroom, 2.5 bath home and outbuildings in the northeast corner of this section. The home was built in 2010 and has approximately 2,600 square feet.
