There are a total of 504 + acres of native grassland and CRP land that will be offered for sale in four individual surface tracts.

This property is approximately 10 miles north of Watonga, Oklahoma and just northwest of Roman Nose State Park.  This is a nice recreational grassland place with some CRP income.  This is a great opportunity to own just one tract, a combination of tracts, or the entire property.

Tract 1 – 78 + Acres

This tract consists of cropland and recreational pasture land. This diverse tract offers a great opportunity for both the agriculture producer, as well as an outdoor enthusiast.

There is a domestic water well that supplies water to an uninhabitable homestead and livestock waters.

Located on this tract are two additional water wells. The western most well currently supplies water to a neighbor to the north and will be deeded to that neighbor. The eastern most well will convey with the sale of Tract 3, as it supplies water for that tract.
